Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer, but we will keep you updated

Shipping Time

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment

Shipping Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is unclaimed or refused and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
