Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in producing and packaging our framed art prints, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received
- The item must be unused and undamaged
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
No Buyer’s Remorse Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the item
- Personal preference (e.g., size, color tone, or style not meeting expectations)
Returns are only accepted for items that meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Final Inspection Requirement (Required Before Return)
Before any return is approved, customers must complete a final inspection submission:
- Email clear photos of the item showing its current condition, including the frame, glass, and corners
- Include photos of the original packaging and protective materials
- Provide your order number in the email
Returns will not be authorized without this step.
Packaging Requirements (Important)
Due to the fragile nature of framed art prints, proper repackaging is required for all returns:
- Items must be returned using the original packaging materials, including protective corners, padding, and boxes
- If original packaging is not available, the customer must use equivalent protective packaging
- Glass-covered frames must be fully protected to prevent breakage
We reserve the right to deny refunds or apply deductions if an item is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after approval.
Partial Refunds for Minor Damage
Items returned with minor damage—including but not limited to small scratches, scuffs, corner dents, or light frame wear—may be eligible for a partial refund.
- The refund amount will be reduced based on the extent of the damage
- This determination is made at our sole discretion after inspection
- Damage caused by improper return packaging will also result in partial refunds
Items with significant damage (e.g., broken glass or severe frame damage) may be denied a refund entirely.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Issues
Wrong Address
If a customer provides an address that is incorrect, incomplete, or deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to our facility by the courier.
- The customer is responsible for providing a corrected address
- The customer will be liable for reshipment costs before the order is sent again
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to our facility by the courier:
- The customer will be liable for reshipment costs
- Reshipment will only occur after payment of the additional shipping fees
U.S. Orders Only
At this time, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.
