What kind of products do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality framed art prints designed to elevate your space. Each piece is carefully produced and packaged to ensure it arrives ready to display.

Are your prints ready to hang?

Yes—our framed prints are designed to arrive ready to hang right out of the box.

Will my print look exactly like the photos online?

We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional fees may be required for reshipment once the package is returned to us.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. Returns are only accepted for eligible items that meet our return requirements.

How do I start a return?

Please email us with photos of the item and packaging before sending anything back. Returns must be approved before being shipped.

Are there any fees for returns?

A restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
